If you contact Apex Dental Design, the details you provide are used to understand and respond to your enquiry. Please send only the information needed to discuss your practice or equipment.
Information in enquiries
The enquiry forms ask for contact details, practice name, location and a description of your project or equipment issue. A phone number and equipment model are optional. Do not submit patient information or medical records.
Online form availability
When online submissions are unavailable, the website directs you to email instead. Completing fields without submitting does not send them to Apex. Where the online form is enabled, security checks help prevent automated submissions and an email delivery service handles the enquiry.
Website technologies
This website does not include advertising trackers or visitor analytics. Hosting and security services may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Private review access may require the hosting platform's sign-in service.
